MAY 2013 – SEMINAR ON YOUTH EMPOWERMENT IN LISBON, PORTUGAL

NOVEMBER 2013 – WORLD SCOUT EDUCATION CONGRESS IN HONG-KONG

From 21-25 November 2013, I attended a world congress on education organized by the World organization of the Scout Movement and I made a presentation on “Learning through dialogue, experience and cooperation“

FEBRUARY 2014 – NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ADULT RESOURCES AND YOUTH PROGRAMME – SCOUTING IRELAND

On February 7th and 8th, 2014, I was invited to present a keynote address at a National Symposium on Adult Resources and Youth Programme organized by Scouting Ireland. The subject of my keynote address was Needs Assessment and collaborative learning. I presented an approach, “The NEED approach“ that could be used by County teams to assess the needs of local leaders and involve them in a collaborative work to develop solutions.
